It’s almost half a year since I decided to leave Singapore for good. But the image of the iconic Marina Bay waterfront consisting of the futuristic structure of 3 towers with a ship on top, the ArtScience Museum that resembles an open lotus flower, a bridge bearing a resemblance of a DNA structure lit up with bulbs gradually changing color as if it tricks your eyes, and the view of the Singapore central business district skyline opposite to the Marina Bay Sands, will always be in my memory forever. Indeed, Singapore is building architectural masterpieces. Five years is not very long but I consider Singapore as my second home.
Warning for alcoholics and party peeps like me: alcohol is very expensive here, i.e. a jagerbomb would cost you roughly SGD22 and SGD18 for cranberry vodka cocktail at the Ce La Vi rooftop club located at the Marina Bay Sands. But I know you would still give it a go at least once in your life. LOL!
